YOUSo the plan would be the annual tier, and we'd fold onboarding into the first month, and honestly there's a bunch of roadmap stuff I want to walk you through too —

THEMBefore that — I still need to get my CFO comfortable with the cost.

Up and running before your next call

  1. Buy and drag to Applications

Pay $20 with PayPal and grab the DMG. On first launch, click Download Model once — everything after that runs offline.

  2. Join any meeting

Zoom, Meet, Teams, FaceTime, a Slack huddle. MeetMouse hears the call through your Mac, so no bot joins and nobody sees a recording notice.

  3. Get nudged in the moment

A short cue appears in an overlay that stays out of your screen share — when you're rambling, when someone got cut off, when a buried worry needs circling back.

What you get for $20

Coaching during, not after

Most tools tell you what went wrong in the recap. MeetMouse nudges you while the conversation is still happening — when you can actually do something about it.

Private by design

On-device transcription, zero telemetry, and a local AI model that works with Wi-Fi off. Audio never leaves your Mac, in any mode.

Screen-share safe

The overlay is excluded from screen shares and recordings. Coach yourself without your teammates ever seeing it.

Notes and a chat for every meeting

Each call ends with topic-by-topic notes and next steps with owners. Open any saved meeting and ask it questions — answers cite the transcript timestamp.

Share notes, not transcripts

One click creates an encrypted, expiring link with just the curated notes. Transcripts, coaching, and chats never go out, and you can revoke the link anytime.

Your choice of AI

Local is the default and needs no account. Prefer a bigger model? Add your own Claude or OpenAI key in Settings; meeting text goes straight to that provider and nowhere else.

How MeetMouse compares

AI notetakers send a bot into your call, upload the recording, and bill you monthly to tell you afterwards what happened. MeetMouse coaches you while it's happening and keeps the meeting on your Mac.

Questions

Does audio or text ever leave my Mac?
Audio never does. By default transcription and the AI model both run locally, and the only network requests are the one-time model download and signed update checks. If you choose to add a Claude or OpenAI key in Settings, meeting text goes directly to that provider and nowhere else.
Does a bot join my call?
No. MeetMouse listens to your Mac's audio, so there is no extra participant, no recording notice, and nothing for the other side to see.
What do I need to run it?
A Mac on macOS 14.2 or later — Apple Silicon (M1 or newer) recommended. On Intel Macs the high-accuracy transcription engine and speaker identification aren't available, so sessions run on Apple's built-in transcription with reduced accuracy. The AI runtime is bundled — nothing else to install.
Which meeting apps does it work with?
Anything that plays through your Mac — Zoom, Google Meet, Teams, FaceTime, Slack huddles, a browser tab. MeetMouse needs Microphone and Screen Recording (for system audio) permissions.
Is there a free trial?
There is a 30-day money-back guarantee instead. Buy it, use it in real meetings, and if it hasn't earned its keep, email me and I'll refund you.
